  • The applicant must successfully pass a background check and submit fingerprints.
  • The applicant must pass a drug test.
  • The applicant must show good moral character.
  • The applicant must successfully complete firearms training and obtain a weapons permit.
  • The applicant must show valid photo identification.
  • The applicant must be in good physical condition.
  • The applicant must show proof of firearms training and safety from a certified instructor.
